What are the advantages of this vs workshop or one-to-one session?


  • You choose a topic or topics you want to work with - with the workshop, we work with the set themes and the focus is more on learning vs what you can choose in group session
  • in group session, you can choose to focus on support with a particular challenge, coaching or mentoring e.g. with planning an NVC training, or with improving systems and structures of a particular group or a reconciliation within a group
  • You have privacy and confidentiality of a private group, you know who attends it, and when the session is
  • I most often can offer time slots within 1-4 weeks from the time of your booking the session and you get to choose out of the slots available - there is not the same convenience with the workshop times


How does this work?

  • Once you booked this session, you can tell me your group's time zone and what time slots work for you, and with this in mind I set up the poll
  • I invite your group members to choose the dates for the poll
  • I ask you to email me with the emails of the group participants and let me know time zone(s) people in your group + your preferences of the range of times (weekday/weekend, morning/daytime/evening)
  • I set up a poll with time slots and email to everyone asking to choose doable options within 72 hours.
  • After the poll ended (72 hours) I will send everyone a calendar invite with Zoom link for the time that everyone can do.
  • I will also send everyone a link to a google form to collect everyone's queries - unless there is only enquiry you want to explore together, in which case you can email it to me

How many people?

  • If you have different queries, you can invite 2-5 people per group (including yourself) - e.g. a supervision group where different people have different questions
  • If you have the same query - e.g. a group of decision-makers in the organisation seeking support to improve its systems and structures, an extended family trying to work out dividing up a family house, inheritance or business, a family who are seeking support in reconciliation or peaceful separation etc - you can invite 2-10 people (including yourself)

Session logistics?

  • I offer these session live over zoom
  • There is no recording
  • If you need to re-schedule it, you can re-schedule it with 48 hour notice, once with no admin charge on top, or twice with a small admin charge of $25 to cover additional times of setting up the poll and sorting out the logistics
  • Sessions re-scheduled in less than 48 hours incur 50% admin fee, and no-shows 100% fee.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

We ask the person who booked the session to let us know at the end of the session or within 24 hours if you are unhappy with the session and we will send you a refund (minus Teachable fees and minus payment systems fees where applicable)

How do I schedule my appointment?

Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.


Can I purchase coaching more than once?

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.

Also, if you want more than 1 hour, you can book two slots at the same time, and we will offer you two-hour time slots in our poll.
